Shipping Policy

HPUY.COM ships appliance replacement parts to customers in the United States. Delivery estimates begin after the order has been processed and accepted by the carrier.

Processing Time

  • Most in-stock orders are processed within 1-3 business days.
  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM Eastern Time, on weekends, or on holidays usually begin processing the next business day.
  • Peak seasons, address verification, payment review, or part availability may add processing time.

Shipping Methods and Estimated Delivery

We may use USPS, UPS, FedEx, or another available carrier depending on the item, destination, and service selected at checkout.

  • Free Shipping (5-10 days): estimated 5-10 business days after carrier pickup on qualifying US orders of $1 or more.
  • Flat Rate – Express (3-5 days): estimated 3-5 business days after carrier pickup when available.

Shipping Area

We primarily ship within the United States. Some items may not be available for all locations, including PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses, Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, or remote destinations. If an address cannot be served, we will contact you before shipping.

When your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details when available. You can also use our Order Tracking page or log in to your account.

Address Accuracy

Please make sure your shipping address, apartment or suite number, phone number, and email are correct before placing the order. We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by an incomplete or incorrect address provided by the customer.

Delays, Lost Packages, and Carrier Issues
