We want you to receive the correct appliance replacement part and feel confident ordering from HPUY.COM. Please review the return process before sending any item back.
30-Day Return Window
- You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return.
- Items must be unused, uninstalled, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
- Please keep your order confirmation, product packaging, and tracking information until the return is complete.
Return Authorization (RMA) Required
Before returning anything, please contact us with your order number, part number, reason for return, and photos if the item is damaged or incorrect. We will review your request and, if eligible, provide return authorization instructions and the correct return shipping address.
Do not send returns to our business mailing address unless we specifically provide that address in your RMA instructions. Returns sent without authorization or to the wrong address may be delayed, refused, or unable to be refunded.
Return Shipping Costs
- Customer-choice returns, compatibility mistakes, or no-longer-needed items are returned at the customer’s shipping cost.
- Original shipping charges and return shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
- For items over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service and keeping the receipt.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number, photos of the item, packaging, shipping label, and a short description of the issue. After review, we may offer a replacement, exchange, return label, or refund depending on the case.
Items That Cannot Be Returned
- Installed, used, altered, damaged, or missing-parts items.
- Items returned without original packaging, labels, or accessories.
- Electrical or control-board parts that show signs of installation, burn marks, water damage, or misuse.
- Special-order, clearance, final-sale, or custom-sourced items when marked as non-returnable.
Refund Timing
Once an authorized return is received and inspected, we will email you with the approval status. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.
Exchanges
For eligible defective, damaged, or incorrect items, we may offer an exchange for the same item or a compatible replacement. Please contact us before ordering a replacement if you are unsure whether the part fits your appliance.
