How do I know if a part fits my appliance?

Always compare the complete appliance model number from your appliance rating label with the compatible model list and replacement part numbers on the product page. If you are unsure, contact us before ordering with your model number and the part number you are replacing.

Are HPUY parts OEM parts?

Unless a product page clearly states otherwise, HPUY sells compatible replacement parts. Brand names and part numbers are used to identify compatibility only.

How fast do orders ship?

Most in-stock orders process within 1-3 business days. Free Shipping (5-10 days) is available on eligible US orders, with no minimum order amount, and Flat Rate – Express (3-5 days) may be available at checkout. See our Shipping Policy for more details.

Can I return a part if it does not fit?

Request a return within 30 days of delivery for eligible unused, uninstalled items in original packaging. Authorization is required. Return postage for customer-choice or fitment mistakes is paid by the customer; different remedies may apply to our errors. Please review our Refund & Return Policy before sending anything back.
