Warranty Policy

HPUY stands behind eligible appliance replacement parts sold on hpuy.com. This warranty applies to products purchased directly from HPUY and is separate from any original appliance manufacturer warranty.

Warranty period

Unless a product page states a different term, eligible HPUY replacement parts include a limited 30-day warranty from the delivery date.

What is covered

The warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship under normal household use. If an eligible part is defective, HPUY may provide a replacement, refund, or other resolution after reviewing the order and issue details.

What is not covered

The warranty does not cover incorrect model or part selection, normal wear, misuse, improper installation, damage from electrical or gas issues, modification, commercial use, or damage caused by repairs outside the product instructions.

Compatibility and installation

Brand names, model numbers, and part numbers are used only to identify compatibility. HPUY compatible replacement parts are not affiliated with or endorsed by appliance brands unless a product page clearly says otherwise. Always confirm your appliance model number before ordering.

Disconnect power before inspecting or replacing appliance parts. Some repairs involve electrical components, gas appliances, or sealed refrigeration systems and should be performed by a qualified technician.

How to make a claim

Use the Warranty Claim page or contact [email protected] with your order number, product name, appliance model number, photos or video of the issue, and a description of the problem.

This policy does not limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
