Our Promise
We are committed to being your trusted partner for appliance replacement parts. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help with an exchange, return, or refund.
Returns (30-Day Policy)
- You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received
- You are responsible for return shipping costs
- Please contact us to request a return authorization before shipping anything back
- Do not return items without contacting us first — returns sent to the wrong address cannot be refunded
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange for the same item, please contact us and we will be glad to help.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 business days to your original payment method
- Return shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund
- For items over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet: first check your bank account, then contact your credit card company (it may take some time to post). Next, contact your bank. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us.
